Personally, I have problems with questions being merged to questions they aren't duplicates of. I also don't like it when I find out legitimate questions were removed.

I have had more than my fair share of legitimate questions removed. I believe there are quite a few vindictive people with a humour bypass on AB & I believe they keep flagging my questions just because they know which accounts are mine. (I am not having more than one account on this new site, I don`t need them here).
Merged questions, on the other hand, present quite a different problem. You see, I roam the corridors of AB searching for nuked accounts to plunder. I then steal all the best questions, which would not have been removed had the poster`s accounts not been nuked. I repost them to hopefully bring back the originals by having them merged. However, that only happens about once or twice a year if that often. Once again I suspect, they refuse to do it simply because it`s me. Because I want them to do it & they don`t want to do anything I want. Know what I mean?

Currently, the main problem with Answerbag seems to be its high tolerance level of trolls, and its lack of sympathy towards troll victims. Only very rarely do they boot a troll off the site, and even then they wait until that troll has devastated a number of other members before they get rid of him (I say "him" because trolls usually (not always, but usually) are male). I have been told several times by various AB members (the latest one to tell me being Karen is Bailey's Mom), these trolls are planted on AB deliberately to stir the pot and see how we react. Why don't they try stirring it in the opposite direction for a change, and see how people react then? Now that would be interesting.  |

Another problem with AB that has been going on for a long time seems to be coming to an end at last. One of the staff-protected AB Elite (Old School) has been in the penalty box for the first time ever. I never thought I would live to see the day when that guy was no longer being shown preferential treatment on AB. Once again it has come to my attention that other members of AB are still being accused of being my sockpuppets when they are obviously not, instead of the guilty CL apologising to those he accused. I have written to Tu about it using my `Ouroboros` identity, the one account I chose to keep friendless except for my own accounts. I am sick & tired of having to repeat myself over & over, so what are the chances that Tu will take notice of me this time?

Gosh, I can't believe it's been nine years since I last logged in here. The new version of Answerbag has been going for about seven years and it still has no private message system. What does it take to get one installed?
